Very satisfied with all aspects of care at the Nuffield Cambridge.
Mr. P. Jani did excellent work in the suctioning of my ear canals. He explained what he was going to do and then did it efficiently. His nurse was so kind and helpful as was young man Kai, the coordinator, who was of very great help to me. I can't thank you all enough for your care.
Never get results of blood test
Waited several weeks to get an agreed referral letter, but never got it.
Very helpful staff and a really smart and clean hospital.
The care and surgery was brilliant. The catering was very good.
The only thing let them down was the standard of WIFI. It was not possible to make calls on my mobile nor open aps on my tablet for Skype or Facetime.
It is a problem that they know about but seem not to do anyting about

The nursing care was exemplary
Before it happened I was totally focussed on my operation and hadn’t really thought overly much about the after care but the Nuffield Cambridge was fantastic. Every member of staff from the receptionists to the nurses to the physios and the porters were so friendly, caring and professional. They made my stay almost enjoyable. I felt totally safe and secure and that I was being cared for to the very highest standard and they certainly made my recovery much easier.
I really can not speak highly enough of my experience with Nuffield Health. The hospital was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, caring and nothing was too much trouble. The menu offered a healthy and balanced diet and the food was excellent. The medical experience included everything I could possibly have needed and the service was very efficient. Going into a hospital for a major operation can be a worrying and stressful experience but Nuffield Health makes it as stress-free and painless as possible. Aside from the small frustration of being unable to video call at a time when visitors were not permitted (despite a good wi-fi service in every other way), the experience could not have been better. I would never hesitate to recommend Nuffield Health (Cambridge) and am sincerely grateful for the care I experienced.
